We cover shipping on every order, with no minimum purchase and no conditions. Free shipping applies automatically at checkout — no code required.
Carrier & Delivery Times
All orders ship via USPS from Rio Rancho, New Mexico.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states and US territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a USPS tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the label is created.
Lost or Significantly Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your shipping confirmation, please email [email protected] with your order number. We will investigate and, if the package is confirmed lost, send a replacement at no cost.
Returns & Refunds
We have a no return required policy. If The Smooth doesn't absorb in 30 seconds, or if you are unsatisfied for any reason within 30 days of purchase, email us for a full refund. You do not need to ship the product back.
