These terms govern your use of bellacqua.beauty and your purchases from Bellacqua Beauty LLC (“Bellacqua,” “we,” “us”). Buying from us or using the site means you accept them.
The store
We sell The Smooth, a water-based post-shave serum, for personal use. Prices are in US dollars. We ship within the United States only, via USPS, with free shipping on every order. We may update pricing or product details at any time; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout.
Payments are processed by Stripe under their terms. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example, suspected fraud or an address we can’t ship to — with a full refund if you’ve been charged.
Refunds
Our refund policy is at /refunds and is part of these terms: sixty days from delivery, full refund, no return required.
Using the product
The Smooth is a cosmetic product formulated for body skin. It is not tested for facial use, and we don’t recommend using it on your face. It contains botanical extracts including lavender and chamomile; if you have reactive skin or a skin condition, patch test first. Stop using it if irritation develops. Nothing on our site is medical advice — for skin conditions or concerns, talk to a healthcare provider.
Results described on our site reflect consistent use over time and individual results vary. Effects on regrowth are reversible and depend on continued use.
The site
The content on bellacqua.beauty — text, photos, video, design, and the Bellacqua name and logo — belongs to us. You’re welcome to share links and screenshots; don’t copy our content to sell things or misrepresent us.
We work to keep the site accurate and available but provide it “as is,” without warranties that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bellacqua’s total liability for any claim related to the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico. Before any formal dispute, email us athello@bellacqua.beauty — nearly everything is fixable with one conversation, and we answer.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
